Paxos And Antipaxos

Our guests today are from Russia. They are staying at the Imperial Hotel, one of the most luxurious on the island. The property is very well equipped, with private beach and water, yet a cruise on our main yacht, Erikoussa, is another kind of experience. The wonder of navigation and the ability to change beach or cove in no time radically change the pleasure of the holiday. Today we decided to head towards two favourite spots: Paxos and Antipaxos. The sea was collaborating again and we were able to arrive in less than an hour, cruising at approx. 38 knots.
I’ve been to Paxos countless times, yet every time I come here I say to myself it's one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
In a few miles of coast Paxos and Antipaxos encompass all possible wonders you hope to find in the sea: high cliffs beaten by the Mistral, deep caves on the west side and beautiful white sand beaches on the east side. Wonderfully romantic villages, scattered here and there, only add to the magic and seem to be made to give flavor to the holiday. Our guests were speechless before this splendour. Usually when guests ask for a good spot for lunch, I take them to one of the tavernas by the sea in Longos, but today they were so intent at diving, swimming and just enjoying the sea that they forgot about lunch. The only problem was to convince them to get back on board and return quickly to Gouvia.
